Streamline the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Understand and support the production of detailed management accounts. Analyse financial data for insights and recommendations. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure success. Assist in preparing variance analyses and financial results commentary. Lead the preparation of technical papers in consultation with advisors. Team Leadership and Development: Support and develop finance team members. Delegate responsibilities for team efficiency and career development. Identify training needs and support professional development. Systems and Process Improvements: Lead the implementation and optimization of financial systems and processes. Drive the adoption of advanced technologies for accuracy and efficiency. Monitor and improve internal controls to safeguard financial integrity. Project Involvement: Act as a financial lead on business projects. Enhance collaboration between finance and other departments.
