We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our friendly team at Tarmac Stancombe, Flax Bourton near Bristol. This is a great opportunity to join a successful Customer Service team working 8 hrs per day Mon - Fri plus occasional Saturday morning on a rota basis. This role is easily accessible from Weston-super-Mare, Bristol, Chepstow, Newport, Cardiff, South Gloucester and the surrounding areas.

Main ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Customer Service Supervisor the role of Customer Service Coordinator will work cross-functionally within our Customer Service Team and be the initial point of contact for our customers.
Your role as a Customer Service Coordinator will include:
Responsibility for customer enquiries via telephone, online and email orders from initial contact through to delivery
Providing customers with an excellent customer service experience providing high level of customer care and attention at all times
Completing data entry and order processing tasks
Collaborating within the team and other stakeholders to clarify facts, exchange information, support colleagues and resolve queries
Inputting accurate customer data into the CRM system
Building relationships with the key stakeholders in the account base
Working closely with the Fleet and Capacity planners to ascertain transport and material availability
Ensuring customers are kept informed at all times allowing us to plan our transport fleet to meet relevant commercial demands
The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for the role of Customer Service Coordinator will have experience gained within a similar role, engaging with stakeholders. Suitable candidates for the role of Customer Service Coordinator will have:
Confidence in the use of IT systems including MS Word and Excel
Experience of Salesforce CRM advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
First class customer service and communication skills
Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally
Confident telephone manner
Superb attention to detail
Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
An approachable and engaging manner
Ability to demonstrate tenacity and resilience when working under pressure
Flexibility to work in a successful team environment
A desire to grow and be successful
