The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing students' fluency, cultural understanding, and appreciation for the French and Spanish languages across Key Stages 3 and 4. Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging and effective French and Spanish lessons aligned with the national curriculum. Cultivate a vibrant and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and active learning. Assess student progress through a variety of methods, providing timely and constructive feedback to support individual growth. Collaborate with colleagues within the Modern Foreign Languages department to foster a cohesive and enriching learning experience. Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain current knowledge of language pedagogy and best practices. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in French, Spanish, or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
