Job Title: Recovery Worker / Community Outreach Worker
Location: Liverpool
Rate: £20 per hour
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Recovery Worker / Community Outreach Worker to join our client’s team based in Liverpool.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will provide support and advice to people experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse and/or homelessness. Your duties will include managing referrals into the service, completing triage assessments, and providing appropriate harm reduction advice. You will also develop plans with clients to help them get their lives back to where they want them to be.
Benefits:

* Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice, or other specialist settings, ideally with those experiencing homelessness. You should have an ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 months.
