One of the UK's leading mortgage advisory firms is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join their team in Inverness. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and enhance satisfaction.
- Conduct quality assurance surveys and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and meet customer needs.
- Expand the customer base through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven administrative and sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A solid background in customer service
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
- Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations is desirable
- Experience in mortgages, underwriting, or financial services is advantageous
