If you answered yes to any of the above, we would like to speak with you! We are looking for 3 x First responder care assistants to join us here at HCL due to rapid growth. This position is block paid between the hours of 07:00/14:00 and 16:00/23:00 at £13 per hour!
Job Opportunity
As a First Responder, you will be covering both the Knowsley and Liverpool area, providing last minute support to those in the community who need it most. Our first responder staff often cover sickness, holidays and urgently assist our service users in their own home.
Duties:
1) Provide immediate care to our service users
2) Assist with daily living activities including personal care, mobility and medication management
3) Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, offering emotional support and reassurance
4) Collaborate with other health care professionals
5) Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in service users conditions
6) Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices and emergency response techniques
Essential Skills

All offers of employment are subject to the satisfactory completion of a DBS check and references. There is a genuine occupational requirement for applicants to be 18 years or over
