Five main role responsibilities: Assist managers with disciplinary, investigation, and grievance processes. Collaborate with managers to effectively manage and reduce employee absence. Partner with managers to enhance team performance and employee engagement. Provide coaching to managers on employee relations matters. Support the facilitation of flexible working discussions and meetings. Your profile: CIPD L5 qualified or equivalent experience with an up to date and detailed understanding of employment law. Experienced in interviewing to support team staffing. Work effectively with managers in a confident / co-operative way. Excellent attention to detail. Constantly seek to improve processes.
