Are you an ecologist with experience of project management and partnership development who would like to use your knowledge to inspire and empower people to work together for nature’s recovery in Oxfordshire? As a flexible employer, we’re ideally looking for a person full-time to join our enthusiastic and knowledgeable team but will consider part-time applicants (minimum 28 hours). Covering a maternity leave, you will be managing our Community Ecology Programme, and three members of our team, and working with our Chief Executive to engage with new and existing partners and develop and deliver new strategic opportunities for nature recovery in Oxfordshire. Wild Oxfordshire is a charity seeking to create a more natural, resilient, and biodiverse Oxfordshire for the benefit of all. We catalyse change by identifying needs, convening partnerships, and unlocking opportunities for nature recovery action. We collaborate with numerous individuals, communities and organisations, offering expertly curated and inspiring information, bespoke advice, and nature-based solutions. Interviews will take place on the 16th June, with the aim of starting employment by 1st September.
