Hours
37.5hrs over 4 days, on a 2-weekly fixed rota. It includes 1 weekend in 2 and the team cannot work more than 6 days in one run.
Salary
You will receive an annual salary up to £33,454 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will vary. You will:
* As a GPHC registered pharmacy technician with Practice Plus Group, you will become an integral member of the pharmacy team, as well as a valued member of the multidisciplinary clinical healthcare team.
* Provide outstanding quality-based patient-centered care to our patients, seeking out, listening to, and acting on their feedback so that care is personalized and informed by what matters to them.
* Focus on providing a safe and secure medicines management service, ensuring patient medical records are maintained to the agreed standard at all times and ensuring standard operating procedures are followed to a high and orderly standard.
* Deliver non-judgmental care within the scope of professional standards, involving anything from the timely administration of medicines through to analyzing cost-effective prescribing as defined through our unique health in justice medicines policy.
* Inspire excellence by forging strong links within our teams, our partners, and stakeholders, providing a service that people can trust, feel safe within, and feel proud of.

Qualifications required
* NVQ Level 3, or above, BTEC or equivalent
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
* Up to date with Continual Professional Development (CPD)
* Relevant post-qualification pharmacy experience
* General GCSE education or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures
Although not essential, ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment.
