We are seeking to appoint a nurturing and organised Lead Practitioner to join the Early Years Provision at one of our partnership Primary Schools based in Leeds. You must be qualified to Level 3 or above and have a strong passion for supporting the effective learning and development of young children. You will be responsible for leading and supervising the 2 year old provision, working in collaboration with the existing EYFS Team to engage young children in creative and challenging play and learning. The school wishes to maintain a stimulating, warm and welcoming environment for all children who attend their setting and encourage positive relationships with parents and families.
As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for providing the best possible standards of care and education through a loving and child-centred approach. You can expect to earn £100 per day for this role; rates are negotiable depending on experience.
We are seeking a Lead Practitioner with:
* A full and relevant L3 Teaching Assistant/EYE qualification or equivalent.
* Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
* A good knowledge of the EYFS expectations and learning outcomes.
* The ability to ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment.
* An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
* Right to Work in the UK; unfortunately, we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
