Faculty Administrator - Oxfordshire Adult Learning
Oxfordshire Adult Learning (OAL) is recruiting for a Faculty Administrator to support the English, maths, and ESOL team. OAL is a large, award-winning faculty of Abingdon and Witney College, offering a wide range of courses to adult learners including GCSE and Functional Skills in English and Maths, and ESOL at various venues throughout Oxfordshire.
The successful candidate will support teaching staff and the management team to deliver excellent customer service to our learners throughout their learning journey. You must be able to travel and provide support at various campuses and community venues, including occasional evening work with prior notice. Flexibility is essential during busy periods such as the start of term and exam times.
Essential qualifications and skills include:
1. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
4. A solution-focused approach and ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy to meet challenging deadlines.

Salary: £23,452 - £25,035 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day)
