Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media Executive to take ownership of the agency’s marketing initiatives and social presence. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and has the ability to work autonomously while ensuring alignment across teams. You will be responsible for translating the agency’s marketing direction into actionable plans, managing marketing assets, overseeing content creation, and maintaining our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Cross-Agency Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for all marketing activities, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
* Marketing Strategy Execution: Turn provided marketing direction into well-structured plans and implement them effectively.
* Content Management: Oversee the creation, distribution, and scheduling of content across social media channels, sector-specific platforms, and the company website.
* Social Media Management: Develop and manage content calendars, publish posts, and engage with audiences across key social channels.
* Website Management: Ensure the agency’s website remains up-to-date with relevant content, case studies, and sector-specific insights.
* Tender Proposal Support: Work with sector leads to create and refine marketing materials for business development pitches and proposals.
* Content Capture Oversight: Coordinate and manage visual and written content creation, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, social media engagement, and website performance.
* Brand Awareness & Amplification: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the agency’s market positioning and brand visibility within its key sectors.

* Technical Proficiency: Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Self-Motivation & Initiative: A proactive, self-starting approach to work, capable of making informed decisions independently.
Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing or social media role, ideally within a creative agency,
* Proven track record of managing social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives.
* Experience in content creation, copywriting, and brand storytelling.
* Understanding of digital marketing analytics and performance metrics.
* Experience working within an agency setting is a plus.
