JOB TITLE – Business Support Administrator (Timesheets) LOCATION – Aldermaston DEPARTMENT – Business Support Working for NSG NSG Environmental Ltd has been delivering work programmes in the nuclear industry for over 40 years. Traditionally in the areas of decommissioning and waste management, NSG now has a broad customer base and provides a wide spectrum of services across the nuclear project lifecycle, ranging from expert consultancy support, R&D and engineering design to rekit and refurbishment, site installation services and high-hazard physical decommissioning works, amongst others. This work is delivered at NSG’s own offices and purpose-built facilities and nuclear sites across the UK. The delivery and management of these projects and programmes of work is carried out by a skilled workforce composed of both white-collar and blue-collar personnel in technical, administrative, and physical roles. The Role To support the commercial and operational activity of NSG Environmental Limited by ensuring the provision and effective completion of timesheet processing and reporting and administration tasks as directed by the Timesheet Supervisor and HR Manager. Qualifications and Skills Timesheet Administration - Service Geeni (Timesheet processing software) administration including Setting up of new starters Processing amendments to timesheets as required Daily reporting to check progress of submission and approval Processing of timesheets on a weekly basis Providing guidance on completion of time sheets and approvals - Strategix (accounting software) administration including Setting up new starters Reporting Monthly reporting for payroll to include Produce reports Complete checks Chasing the submittal and authorising of timesheets across the business Liaising with recruitment agencies in regards to timesheets Support the approval of timesheets on agency portals Respond to queries from accounts department and individuals Project Support – copies of documents when required Liaising with line managers in regards to reporting Supporting Project Status Report Processing Allowances Administration Processing of overtime, subsistence, allowances and long-weekend Production of Site Working Condition Forms Monitor tax liability subsistence report and produce tax liability letters Manage Staff Site Location Report Qualifications and Skills GCSE qualifications including English, Maths and ICT or equivalent L3 Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant subjects or equivalent experience Competent user of MS Office Able to organise and prioritise own work Interpretation, allocation and posting of accounting data Ability to influence change and improve processes Preparation and drafting of routine letters, reports etc Ability to communicate with a wide range of colleagues at all levels and with external stakeholders and contractors Well organised with the ability to work to timescales Numerical accuracy and can demonstrate attention to details Recording and reporting of information both verbal and numerical Experience of data entry Familiar with structuring and presentation of own work
