SALES ORDER PROCESSOR

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a well established growing building supplier business in Leeds. Our client is seeking a Sales Order Processor to join the team where you will be dealing with the processing of orders, managing sales inbox and providing high quality customer service and administrative duties.
This is a great opportunity for someone from a Electrical, Maintenance, Mechanical, Order Processing, Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Administrator, Order Administrator or similar role.
THE ROLE:
* You will be dealing with the processing of orders, ensuring that the order management system is used accurately and is up to date.
* Make sure all customers are informed of their order status.
* Handle incoming calls, assist customers with any inquiries, orders and issue resolution.
* Insure all records are up to date, file maintenance and data entry.
* Manage the sales inbox, responding to enquiries from customers regarding products, quotes and general customer service to the customer.
* Work closely with other members of the team and departments to ensure order details are communicated, delivery schedules and any issues are resolved
THE PERSON:
* Must have experience within order processing, customer service, sales administration or similar.
* Experience within a Electrical, Mechanical or similar industry is ideal.
* Be able to work in a fast paced environment.
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
* Strong professional communication skills both verbal and written.
* Be able to use order management systems and MD Office suite.
