Job Title: Learning Support Mentor Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £85 - £95 Per day Job Duties: Provide support and guidance to students with learning difficulties or disabilities Assist in the development and implementation of individual learning plans Work closely with teachers to ensure students' needs are met Monitor and track student progress and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Required Qualifications: Relevant experience in a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Understanding of inclusive education practises Education: Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Education or related field Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a learning support role Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with special education needs (SEN) practises Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies in education Strong organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: Level 4 qualification in Education or related field Training in specific learning support techniques Working Conditions: Work primarily in a school setting May involve some travel to different locations within the area Full-time hours, Monday to Friday All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
