As part of our continued growth plan, we are seeking to recruit a motivated and driven sales account manager to manage and develop the company's Letting Agent and Landlord customer base.
Responsibilities
To maximise revenue from existing customers, ensure their requirements are met and fed back to the wider business.
To undertake proactive business development activity to increase the number of Letting Agent and Landlord customers.
To collaborate with team members from the wider business to develop a long-term plan to significantly increase revenue from Landlords and Agents.
To work closely with other members of the sales team on a day-to-day basis to ensure team targets are met.
To meet agreed sales targets and take active participation in setting targets.
To be the visible 'face' of the company's Landlord and Agent activity.
To act as the internal customer voice, ensuring the wider company is aware of Landlord and Agent requirements.
To contribute to the development of management systems to more effectively manage sales activity.
About you
Around five years of sales experience and ideally some experience of the student or general letting sector.
Commercially aware and comfortable with setting and hitting sales targets
Demonstrate business development acumen and have a track record of winning new business
Have account management experience with a history of achieving growth within those accounts
Have first-class communication and presentation skills
Be proactive and highly motivated
