Salary: Up to £46,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 days)

Role Responsibilities:
* Conducting high-quality assessments and developing tailored interventions to promote health and independence.
* Overseeing individual treatment plans and ensuring effective communication within the Occupational Therapy team.
* Collaborating with clinicians, managers, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
* Providing compassionate leadership and mentorship to junior staff and assistants.
* Facilitating placements for occupational therapy students and supporting junior staff with appraisals and development plans.
* Developing and implementing relevant policies, protocols, and care pathways.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
* Extensive clinical experience, particularly with children and young people with complex needs.
* A strong background in various occupational therapy approaches.
* Excellent clinical reasoning skills.
* Specialist knowledge of assessment and treatment models, particularly for neurodiverse individuals.
