As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of staff rotas, ensuring visits are allocated with consistency and in a timely matter. You will also be responsible for managing staff annual leave and accommodating any required training in rotas. You will be expected to maintain consistent communication with Reablement Workers/Care Assistants, building a good working relationship with them all and liaising with other professionals.
Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm plus on call one weekday a week and one weekend every 6 weeks.
Salary £24,000*

Criteria
1. Experienced in scheduling/coordinating/ rota planning in the care sector
2. Experienced using a rostering system
3. Strong work ethic, organisation skills, and positive personality
4. Experienced in care calls
5. Take part in holding the ‘out of hours’ on-call phone
