A leading housing association based in Middlesbrough are on the lookout for a HR Business Partner to join our HR Business Partnering team for around 3 months initially strong possibility of being extended. This role is based at their site in Middlesbrough working 37 hours per week and offers hybrid / home working. Key Responsibilities and About You: Manage a wide caseload of complex people related issues relating to absence, employee relations, capability, and probation Provide guidance and coaching to managers to enable them to provide best practice solutions Someone who is personally credible, with a ‘common sense’ approach to solving people management issues. You’ll also be able to balance legal and operational requirements Experience of managing employee relations, absence and medical capability cases is essential, along with good working knowledge of current employment legislation This role is paying up to circa £21.00p/h plus holiday pay via Reed HR.
