The Role:
As a Senior member of their technical team, you will act as an escalation point for junior engineers, handle challenging support cases, and deliver projects end-to-end. You'll be involved in infrastructure management, network troubleshooting, and cloud-based projects. You will be expected to maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring that services meet the required KPIs and SLAs.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing service tickets, including troubleshooting complex issues and providing solutions.
2. Delivering infrastructure projects, such as O migrations and on-prem to Azure transitions.
3. Acting as a technical escalation point for junior team members.
4. Building and maintaining client relationships by managing long-term accounts.
5. Ensuring all work is documented and meets quality standards.
6. Collaborating with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery.
Skills & Experience Required:
7. Experience with Microsoft, Azure, Intune, and SharePoint.
8. Strong knowledge of VMware and network infrastructure.
9. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
10. Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
11. Relevant certifications in Microsoft, networking, or cloud technologies (desirable).
