Not a start up - our client is a listed US tech platform - with numerous awards.
As a Sales / Field Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in transforming how restaurants / hospitality and ecommerce brands operate, helping them adapt, take control, and focus on what they do best.
We are looking to expand our Hotel / Restaurant Sales team ASAP.
What You’ll Do:
* Prospect and Build Relationships: Use your sales expertise to generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle, from the first call to closing the deal.
* Customized Solutions: Conduct engaging demos and tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each restaurant.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with various departments to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations throughout the sales process.
* Market Insight: Understand the competitive landscape and position this Global Technology Vendor effectively to capture market share.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: A background in sourcing or closing customers, particularly in hospitality, restaurant, payments or ecommerce operations or a related field.
* Field Savvy: A self-starter who thrives on being out in the field, connecting with potential clients.
* Communication Skills: Strong organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills that resonate at all decision-making levels.
* Proven Success: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
* Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; creative and flexible in your approach.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software and experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
