Job Title: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Location: England, Greater London, Romford Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £83.85 - £85 Per day Benefits: 50 referral fee Job Duties: Providing 1:1 support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Supporting students with academic tasks and personal care needs Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Collaborating with teachers and parents to monitor student progress Required Qualifications: Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications Experience working with children or individuals with SEN Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team setting Education: Relevant educational qualifications in teaching assistance or SEN support Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within an educational setting Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN principles and best practises Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection protocols Preferred Qualifications: First aid certification Working Conditions: Working in a school environment Full-time hours with occasional flexibility required Opportunity for professional development and training All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
