Overview: As we continue to expand our operations, we’re seeking a motivated Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of a growing startup selling a physical product, and managing a supply chain. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Operations, as well as the Commercial team. Responsibilities: • Pack and ship our product. You will be responsible for managing inbound deliveries, repacking cases, and scheduling pick-ups. • Develop our packing processes. You will be responsible for finding efficiencies to ensure quicker turnaround times for customers. • Manage our inventory stock. You will be responsible for our stock levels, using our enterprise planning software (ERP) to manage reorders. • Being proactive. You’ll have the time and space to be a valuable member in a startup environment, with the opportunity to make an impact in our clinical operations team. Requirements: • You’re a professional with some experience. Ideally, you have some previous experience working in fulfilment and/or supply chain management. • You have an eye for detail. You are the type not to make mistakes when completing repetitive tasks, such as packing and handling stock levels. • You’re a self-starter. You’re happy to do some heavy lifting, and take ownership in areas outside of your job description. • Organisation is crucial. You are extremely organised, ensuring that recruitment processes are run smoothly and you ensure all reporting systems remain up to date. • Seeking an in-person role. Our office is based in Hoxton and you will be required to come into the office every day.
