The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partner / Programme Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive scaled growth in EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, generating demand for sales teams, and achieving measurable results.
Core Responsibilities:
* Create comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to the SMB and startup audience, utilizing a mix of online and offline channels to maximize reach and engagement.
* Support client relationships and co-marketing activities with startup ecosystem partners, including accelerators, incubators, and universities.
* Organize and co-host events, including startup cohorts' demo days.
* Evaluate thought leadership content sponsorship opportunities and maintain strategic partnerships.
* Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers.
* Develop marketing automation and lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel efficiently.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate closely with sales and other teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
* Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
* Maintain effective communication channels with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
* Plan and execute marketing projects within established timelines and budgets.
Required qualifications:
* Relevant partner marketing experience (4-5 years+) in B2B tech or enterprise software environments
* Experience with digital marketing, webinars, small in-person events, and marketing automation/lead nurturing
* Proven experience: Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive results
* Strategic mindset: Ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives
* Strong analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to optimize marketing strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
* Creativity and adaptability: A willingness to explore new ideas and approaches to achieve marketing goals
* Organized and results-oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget
