Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in data management and analysis, with a passion for leveraging data to enhance business operations across multiple functions. This role requires strong analytical skills and technical expertise, along with office management abilities, allowing you to contribute to strategic projects, support decision-making, and ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
1. Collect, organize, and maintain data across business functions, including manufacturing, construction, and retail operations.
2. Analyze data to provide insights on production, project progress, and customer trends.
3. Generate regular and ad hoc reports to support informed decision-making.
4. Ensure data security and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR).
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve project planning, inventory management, and e-commerce performance.
6. Handle basic office administration as needed, including document management, scheduling, and coordination of resources to maintain a productive work environment.
7. Support team members with administrative tasks related to project and data management.
Requirements
1. Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
2. Experience in data management or analysis.
3. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Experience in office management or a willingness to handle administrative tasks as needed.
