What you’ll be doing
1. Deliver expert onsite 3rd line technical support, ensuring LBG’s enterprise network remains secure and efficient while addressing customer challenges with timely solutions.
2. Collaborate with customers and BT technical teams to design, implement, and support both new and existing technology infrastructure.
3. Handle diagnostics, project tasks, and independent engagement with external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
4. Mentor and guide 1st/2nd line teams and 3rd line colleagues, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within the technical community.
5. Partner with project managers, designers, and senior leaders to align technical solutions with business needs and objectives.
