Customer Service Advisor
My client is a logistics company based in Biggleswade, and they have an opportunity for a customer service advisor to join their expanding team.
Due to the nature of the role, the client is in need of an Italian speaker.

This is an office-based role, working Monday-Friday from 09:00-18:00.

Duties:
1. Assisting in the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
2. Being the primary point of contact for dedicated customers on the phone and by email.
3. Administrating bookings, stock, and queries.
4. Raising delivery paperwork on our in-house system.
5. Greeting customers, visitors, and drivers upon arrival at the site.
6. Answering the main telephone number and directing calls as appropriate.
7. Checking and organising the return of delivery paperwork from drivers.
You will be dealing with high-end fashion and logistics customers.
They also offer a bonus based on performance.
