HR Advisor- 12 Month FTC, Bedford
An excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor- 12 Month FTC, within a fast-paced commercial organisation committed to excellence. My client is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to cover maternity leave in a standalone role, encompassing all generalist HR duties. A great opportunity for someone looking to step up to an HR Advisor role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage disciplinaries and grievances
* Oversee sickness absence and performance management
* Handle flexible working requests, maternity, and paternity leave
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
* Induct new starters and manage all HR administration
* Prepare offer letters and contracts for new employees
* Manage starters and leavers processes
* This role is on site 5 days per week in Bedford.
Requirements:
* You will either have experience as an HR Advisor or will be looking for that next step from HR Assistant/ HR Co-ordinator level.
* You must have experience managing low-level ER cases from end-end.
* You must have experience managing recruitment and selection from end-end.
* You will ideally be qualified to level 3 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
* You must be able to start with no more than 1 month's notice.
