This varied role will suit someone enthusiastic about working with students and a positive approach to customer service. You will staff a range of service points skills responding to a range of enquiries in person, over the phone and online; work with colleagues across the Library & Learning Services team; complete administrative tasks; and have the opportunity to assist and contribute library service development. You will have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. Main hours of work will be on a fixed shift basis between 11:00-19:00.
