Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project trackers, driving database tool adoption, and assisting with regulatory research and compliance checking. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
Create and develop a project tracker for regional teams to use on key focus projects such as lab setup.
Drive the adoption of database tools to publish information on enhancements and features.
Provide ongoing input and collation of data into the database tool as provided by the Regulatory country DRI manager.
Assist with ongoing regulatory research and compliance checking as needed.
Create simple standalone documents and videos on training material for worldwide teams relating to the tools being used by the team.
Identify process improvements and implement them effectively.
Manage inventory of all samples held by the team.
Essential Skills
Proficient in Tableau reporting and dashboard creation for budget tracking and planning.
Strong project management skills with the ability to demonstrate good project management practices.
Excellent writing skills and command of the English language.
Ability to work on own initiative and independently identify improvements within processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Relevant degree in a related field.
