Bents Green School is a school for students with autistic spectrum conditions and communication and interaction difficulties. We are looking to appoint a Year Team Administration Officer who is able to provide effective support to staff, students, parents and external agencies to work at our new Post 16 provision at Enterprise Works, near Meadowhall.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, flexible, innovative and dedicated to providing a high level of administration support. They will need to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as they will be liaising with people on a variety of levels.
Applicants must have a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be comfortable using Word and Excel extensively. We use SIMS as our main management information system and whilst good experience of SIMS is not essential as training will be provided the successful applicant must be able to learn quickly as they will use SIMS on a daily basis for a range of tasks.
Bents Green Learning Community currently operates across three sites Ringinglow, Gleadless and Westfield, with the addition of our new Post 16 provision at Enterprise Works, Meadowhall from September 2024 all staff will be expected to work at all sites.
