We are seeking a highly skilled Substance Misuse Recovery Specialist Practitioner to join our team in the West Midlands Region.

The Recovery Hub is a brand-new initiative aimed at enhancing clinical support for prisons and patient groups. As a Registered Professional, you will be an integral part of the Recovery Hub team, utilizing your advanced clinical skills, leadership, and passion for care.
The team will provide advanced clinical services virtually and face-to-face to HMP Oakwood, HMP Brinsford, and HMP Featherstone. The team consists of a Clinical Lead, Specialist SMS Nurses, NMPs, and Healthcare Assistants.
This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary up to £54,332.

Your responsibilities as a Substance Misuse Recovery Specialist Practitioner will vary, but will include providing individualized packages of care identified through comprehensive assessment and recovery planning, communicating and working collaboratively with general practice teams across sites, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse education and leadership as required.
