Senior Project Manager - Digital Transformation
Location: IT Services, Dartington House, Oxford
Contract: 1 year Fixed Term Contract (with possibility of extension)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic Digital Transformation change initiative programmes across the University. This role involves delivering agile squads and a product mindset across five digital portfolios via a new digital operating model, supporting the implementation of workforce planning as part of the University’s People Strategy, and delivering a new enterprise-wide CRM for the University. The role demands close collaboration with third-party providers, ensuring efficient ways of working and fostering strong relationships.

About the Role
* The postholder will be responsible for managing multiple priorities and projects, delivering equally across their allocated initiatives. The ideal candidate can demonstrate experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile Delivery in relevant programme areas such as CRM implementation and implementation of an operating model across a similar organization. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will work closely with Business Change Managers, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of change efforts.
About You
* The ideal candidate can demonstrate experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile Delivery in relevant programme areas such as CRM implementation and implementation of an operating model across a similar organization. A strong background in Agile methodologies using SCRUM, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving delivery are also a must.
