I am currently recruiting on behalf of a close client of mine for a Regional Accounts Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity with a well-established manufacturing business. As Regional Accounts Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising directly with customers to manage enquiries and deal with any issues that may arise.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Liaising with customers to help manage queries and issues that may arise.
* Prepare customer quotations and orders.
* Report any customer or system issues as and when they arise.
* Work towards set KPIs to drive continuous improvement within the business.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in an account management position is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of CRM systems is essential.
* Experience working within a manufacturing business is highly desirable.
