We're on a mission to transform how the security industry operates — and we’re looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to help us scale. Role Overview As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth across your region, building trusted relationships with security companies, and helping them unlock operational efficiency through the Guardhouse platform. This is a consultative sales role — you’ll be engaging with owners, directors, and operations managers within manned guarding companies, understanding their challenges, and demonstrating the value of our technology. About the Team We’re a young, dynamic team with big ambitions and a growing presence across the UK, Europe, Australia, USA, and Brazil. Our UK team is based in Newquay, Cornwall — we work hard, we’re close-knit, and we love a bit of friendly competition. Surfers and golfers are very welcome (but definitely not essential). We’ve got regular team socials, internal challenges, and big plans for working holidays abroad as our global team continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — within your assigned region Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in security companies (SMEs to enterprise) Run discovery sessions to understand prospect pain points, particularly around: Deliver compelling product demonstrations (in-person and virtual) Collaborate with the wider sales & marketing team on campaigns and lead generation Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM records Represent Guardhouse at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities (e.g. UKCMA, ACS forums) Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams to influence roadmap development Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements High desirable Direct sales experience Proven track record in meeting sales targets Excellent communication and presentation skills UK driving licence and willingness to travel Nice-to-Have: Understanding of workforce management challenges (e.g. scheduling, compliance, payroll) Familiarity with security industry Experience selling SaaS solutions Hubspot experience Process driven Why Guardhouse?
