Our client with offices based in Swansea is seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis working 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
As Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for:
1. Customer liaison and building relationships
2. Assessing product cases
3. Problem solving
4. Matching customers to the best fit financial product
5. Working as part of a team
6. Supporting administration
To be considered for the role of Financial Services Administrator, you must have:
1. Strong telephone-based customer service experience
2. Excellent communication skills
3. PC literacy
4. Financial services experience (loans, pensions, mortgages, etc.)
5. Excellent attention to detail
6. The ability to generate leads in the future
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £27,000 depending on experience, pension, social events, 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, potential for a bonus, and career progression.
