Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Dayshift
Location: Goole, Doncaster area easy M62 access and A1 proximity
NO NIGHTS – do you want to come off shifts and workdays patterns? Monday to friday 8 hours rotating?
Pay Range: £48K plus overtime, OTE £50K+
Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities – Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Your new challenge will be providing effective and efficient planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance to minimise losses to production
Ensure the continuous running of the production process by eliminating downtime through a safe and logical approach to fault finding and maintenance of equipment
Planned and reactive maintenance to keep downtime to a minimum
You'll work with conveyor systems, PL systems, motors and controlsC
Leading electrical and instrumentation, repair, and working with s CMMS
Diagnosis, resolution, and elimination of root causes
Implementation of minor equipment modifications in support of increased performance
Completion of all scheduled, planned corrective, reactive and improvement maintenance as allocated
Contribute to the planning and implementation of allocated annual equipment overhauls.
Qualifications & Requirements – Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Dayshift
Apprentice trained or NVQ level 3 in an electrical engineering discipline in maintenance engineering
Manufacturing Industry experience, heavy, medium or FMCG environments considered
Routine Preventative Maintenance so an understanding of a PPM schedule
Finding and fixing faults quickly and effectively
Basic welding and fabrication skills advantageous
Fitting, Fabricating and Welding experience preferred
A proactive approach to fault finding, a commitment to continuous improvement and personal development
