Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator on behalf of a leading client based in the Epsom area who work within the retail sector. The main scope of this role will be to provide efficient and effective support to Clients through a variety of different means. Duties will include: Give first line advice and guidance to customers and accounts managers with strong resolutions to any issues Setting up new client user accounts Overcoming ordering issues on the Ecommerce system Guiding customers through the process Troubleshooting and logging technical issues which may occur on the Ecommerce platform Monitor and analyse ecommerce performance metrics Experience Required Have Sales Order processing experience so you understand the process involved Be a strong problem solver with good IT skills Excellent customer service skills GCSES C and above in Maths and English IT proficient Able to work in a fast paced environment and be adaptable If you are interested please apply now In return our client offers a very competitive benefits package and hybrid working
