Salary: £11.55 per hour
Role: Full Time Permanent & requires working alternate weekends
Shifts: 7am-2pm & 2pm-9pm

If you have previous experience as a support worker, care assistant, domiciliary/home care, or in residential homes, this role is ideal for you. About the Service
Fenny Mews & Stratford View are Supported Living services providing a step-down service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism & behaviour that may be described as challenging. Each individual is provided with their own flat alongside access to communal spaces, balancing independence development with social integration.
Support Worker Duties
* Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills.
* Assisting people to achieve daily goals & activities such as arts, crafts, and hobbies.
* Assisting with the development of person-centred plans for our residents, including employment, education, and other opportunities.
* Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments.
* Providing personal care where needed, always working towards more independence.
* Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development.
