As Head of Brand & Propositions, you will:

Strategic Brand & Proposition Development – Lead the creation and implementation of PDSA’s fundraising and brand strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and audience needs.

Legacy & Fundraising Growth – Develop strategic approaches for fundraising, legacy, partnerships, and commercial offerings to drive long-term supporter engagement and income sustainability.

Brand Consistency & Market Positioning – Champion brand consistency across digital and physical assets, ensuring messaging remains aligned with PDSA’s purpose and resonates with target audiences.

Data & Insight-Driven Decision Making – Utilise market research, audience insights, and brand-related data to inform strategy, improve proposition effectiveness, and drive engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams across Marketing, Fundraising, Retail, and Veterinary to integrate customer insights into proposition development and brand growth.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement – Track brand awareness, customer engagement, and proposition effectiveness to optimise strategies and ensure long-term impact.
We’re seeking someone with:

Brand Management & Fundraising Proposition Expertise – Proven experience in developing and managing integrated fundraising and brand strategies.

Data-Driven Strategy Development – Ability to interpret audience insights, market research, and engagement data to refine brand and fundraising propositions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership – Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence senior leaders, external agencies, and internal teams.

Integrated Journey & Proposition Design – Experience in developing supporter journeys and propositions that enhance engagement and long-term loyalty.
*
Cross-Functional Execution – Ability to work across departments to align brand and proposition strategies with organisational objectives.

Marketing & Fundraising Knowledge – Strong understanding of legacy fundraising, donor engagement, and brand development, with a relevant marketing qualification (desirable).
