Job responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service
* Ensuring duties are allocated effectively and safely
* Offering enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
* Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
* Learning about individuals' specific needs & providing help in the most appropriate way
* Assisting with medical & welfare needs and reporting as required
* Safeguarding
* Maintaining a safe & clean environment for all
