Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Leader to drive commercial growth and expansion in our biotechnology company.
The Role:
This is a hybrid role with at least three to four days onsite and up to 50% travel in the UK and Europe.
Key Objectives:
* Lead strategic planning and execution for new product launches in the life sciences sector.
* Identify opportunities to expand our customer base and ensure the commercial viability of our technologies.
* Establish relationships with key industry players and secure large-scale partnerships.
* Evaluate promising new applications leveraging personal expertise and external market insights.
* Lead sales, marketing, and business development teams globally.
Your Qualifications:
* Degree qualified in life sciences or equivalent (PhD preferred).
* Experience working in a dynamic start-up environment.
* Senior-level commercial experience in Life Sciences, ideally with a focus on analytical instruments, bioprocessing hardware, or similar.
* Proven track record of launching products, expanding into new markets, and driving revenue growth.
* Strong leadership skills and international market experience.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, including share options, bonus, and pension.
