Job title: Advance Operations Coordinator
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE6 - Occasional travel to sites
Contract length: 6 months contract subject to extend
Rate: £16/hour PAYE
Work Hour: Shift Pattern - 7 days on, 7 days off - 6am to 6pm - Wednesday to Tuesday - 30/40% travel required around UK
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for an Advance Operations Coordinator working on behalf of a leading professional services company.
In this role, you will manage company wind farm site records, schedule maintenance, and coordinate logistics while tracking costs, time, and parts for billing using the SAP system. Some of your other duties include:
1. Meticulous administration of wind farm sites including technical and commercial record-keeping and clear separation of costs between service and warranty activities in line with the customer contract.
2. Raise, schedule, and allocate planned and unplanned maintenance activities in conjunction with field staff and customer personnel via Spiridion SAP system.
3. Maintain efficient timescales for planned maintenance activities and create daily and weekly plans for the site team as required, optimising the deployment of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs) and helicopter logistics.
4. Control and technical verification within Spiridion SAP system; collation of time data and parts consumption to allow billing and parts replenishment to be initiated.
Preferred Skills for the role:
1. Proficient in computer skills especially SAP and quick at picking up new systems and tools.
2. Experience in planning or coordination roles.
3. SAP experience is beneficial, but training will be provided.
4. Must be flexible and able to travel as required.
5. Preferred understanding of compliance procedures and handling confidential and sensitive data.
