If you're someone with proven experience of defining and implementing a strategic account strategy, implementing KPI and performance management plans for client account performance, and able to demonstrate the ability manage operational delivery, then this might be the role for you!
What that means day to day
As an Account Director you'll be responsible for the full management of our SafeContractor Strategic Accounts, coordinating activity across the anchor client journey, ensuring the contract is delivered in line with commercial requirements, and maximising the growth potential of the account.
* Customer Focus: act as the main point of contact for the anchor client, coordinating all internal interfaces and connections, you'll be part of client meetings, working in collaboration with client teams to drive full integration and adoption of the SafeContractor product.
* Strategy and Planning: accountable for the design and delivery of the end to end solutions for the client which will include onboarding and inducting clients onto the SafeContractor product, and will be the conduit between the client and Alcumus.
* Reporting: responsible for providing regular reports and forecast updates to both client and internal stakeholders, reporting on key areas such as strategic account plan updates, pricing, budgeting and planning.
What you’ll need to be successful
* Experience of selling EHS, procurement, supply chain, sustainability or similar products and services into heavy industries including energy, chemicals, manufacturing, construction and infrastructure.
* Able to define and implement a strategic account strategy to achieve annual targets.
* Experience of working at Enterprise client level.
* Highly developed influencing and relationship management skills.
