Lead Our London Coffee Journey – Head of Operations
We are a pioneering Turkish specialty coffee brand, established in 2013, now expanding to London! We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead and manage our UK operations.
Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer experience and product quality
* Team Development: Build, recruit, and mentor a passionate team, fostering a culture of excellence
* Financial Management: Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement profitability strategies
* Supply Chain Oversight: Coordinate procurement and inventory, maintaining strong supplier relationships
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company standards
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of operational management experience in the coffee industry or a related field
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a dynamic environment
* Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control
* Passion for Coffee: Deep appreciation for specialty coffee and commitment to quality
* Communication: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
