Our client, a forward-thinking property management company, is seeking a Team Leader to oversee and inspire their block management team.About the RoleIn this key leadership role, you will be responsible for:
* Leading, mentoring, and supporting the block management team and site staff.
* Driving improvements, streamlining processes, and ensuring the team operates at its best.
* Managing HR tasks, compliance, recruitment, and team performance metrics.
While experience in block or property management is a bonus, the focus of this role is on people management and team transformation.What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in managing and developing teams.
* A track record of successfully driving organisational or team transformation initiatives.
* Exceptional communication, planning, and organisational skills.
* A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
* AIRPM qualification or experience in block management is desirable but not essential.
