Step Teachers are seeking an experienced Primary School Teacher located in St. Albans commencing in February 2025. This full-time position is for 1 term initially, with potential extension based on performance and school discretion.

Your duties as a Primary School Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners, in line with the national curriculum.
* Differentiate lessons to ensure all students can access the curriculum.
* Track and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support to help them achieve their targets.
* Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued.
* Promote a love of learning through creative, hands-on teaching methods.
* Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to support the academic and emotional development of students.
* Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
* Participate in school-wide initiatives, extra-curricular activities, and school events.
To be considered for this Primary School Teacher position, you will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Have experience teaching in a primary school setting.
* Possess a good understanding of the primary national curriculum.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrate the ability to engage and motivate students to reach their potential.
* Show a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
