Supporting Our Young People
As a member of our multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will work closely with educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments.
Based on clinical assessment and formulation, you will offer individualized interventions and engagement to our young people, supporting their unique needs and goals.
Collaborative Working
You will work collaboratively within our schools and children's homes, ensuring that therapeutic support permeates every aspect of our education, care, and support services.
Through consultation, workshops, training, and guidance, you will support our educational and residential teams to deliver the best outcomes for our young people.
