Contribute customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Processing, monitoring and ensuring customer orders are delivered on time. Work closely with our UK based Regional Sales team, producing reports and other strategic information. Answer customers’ questions, resolve problems, and maintain customer satisfaction and expectations. Managing our returns processes. Determine customer service requirements by maintaining regular contact with customers via phone and email. Assisting with existing carrier relationships. What we are looking for An experienced Customer Support operator, at Supervisor or Manager level. Motivated and positive individual. Computer literate with experience of MS Office programs. Great interpersonal and organisational skills. Flexible approach to day to day tasks. Excellent attention to detail.
