The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join a growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle-from conceptual stage, planning, and design, through to construction, handover, and finalisation. You will be required to handle 3-4 projects simultaneously and attend site meetings 1-2 times per month. This is an office-based role, with occasional site visits as needed. Key Responsibilities: Pricing projects from first principles and preparing cost estimates. Managing supplier and subcontractor enquiries throughout the tendering process. Assisting in preparing, developing, and monitoring project programmes. Leading tender adjudications alongside the Managing Director. Handling post-tender queries and negotiations. Managing monthly valuations for successful contracts. Liaising directly with clients, site staff, and subcontractors throughout each stage of the project.
